The amazing thing is that the prosecutor took this case to trial. Why are they so often wedded to their crummy cases? Why can't they look at the case objectively and realize that it is a loser? My former boss used to say that a DA should never lose a case because he has the ability to dump all the losers. But they don't. And our dockets keep getting more and more backed up. Bizarre.

I've never known them to dismiss an officer case. You just have to go get your not guilty.
